Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time: Most items arrive in about 8 days in the US and about 9 days in Canada after they ship. The estimate is shown on each product page.

Shipping costs: Standard shipping is $3.99 USD (shown in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers). Orders of $35 USD or more ship free.

Canadian orders: prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Canada Post or the carrier may charge GST/HST or a handling fee on delivery; these charges are not included in our price.

Tracking and problems: Every order includes tracking. If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please email us and we will help.

Unavailable items: If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you in full.
