How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take about 8 days within the US and about 9 days to Canada. The estimate is also shown on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and can vary.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $3.99 (US dollars; Canadian customers see the amount in Canadian dollars at checkout). Orders of $35 USD or more ship free.
Will I pay import fees in Canada?
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Depending on the order and how it is shipped, Canada Post or the carrier may charge GST/HST or a handling fee on delivery. We cannot control these charges, and they are not included in our price.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unopened and unworn. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy.
How do I look after my jewelry and accessories?
Keep jewelry dry, store it separately, and put it on after perfume or lotion. Avoid wearing it in the shower or while swimming. Wipe bags and hair accessories with a soft dry cloth.
